Setting Yourself Up for Success as Your Own CFO
As a business owner, we know that we need to operate as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our business. What we often forget, however, is that we ALSO function as the Chief FINANCIAL Officer (CFO) of our business.
This is often an intimidating space for many business owners who do not have a degree in Finance or an MBA. We’ll talk about why it’s important to lean into this role and HOW to set yourself up for success as your own CFO.

- What financial tasks to outsource, when to outsource them, and who to hire.

Choosing Optimal Pricing and Profit Margins
Revenue (a.k.a. "the top line") is where we'll start our deep dive into your company's finances. While revenue is less important overall than profit...you can't have a profitable business without revenue.
It is important to set our prices and profit margins for each product or service we sell intentionally to ensure our business is profitable.

- Determine the formula for profitably pricing your products or service by using our plug and play pricing worksheet.
